2006 02 22 Salton Sea Beach

I really only spent time in one place today, Salton Sea Beach. I did a lot of driving checking various things out, but this was the only place I shot any film. All of this below is the "old" Salton Sea Beach. There is actually a fairly vibrant community behind the berm that keeps the sea out. Salton Sea Beach is one of several communities on the west side of the sea that are really "there".

These are all abandoned structures that were once on the sea shore. You can see how the salt water "explodes" the wood.
